The Vine And The Fig Tree

Though the vine and the fig tree
dry up and wither

and joy and gladness
seem gone

this is not
the end yet

keep turned to Me
My love is strong.

**********

When destruction and devastation occur, You are still with me.

**********

“The vine has dried up
And the fig tree has withered;
Surely joy has withered away from the sons of men.”

“Is not the food cut off before our eyes,
Joy and gladness from the house of our God?”

“‘Now, therefore,’ says the LORD, ‘Turn to me with all your heart.'”

Joel 2:12. NKJV
