Fruit Of Righteousness

 

The fruit of righteousness
is sown in peace

by those who make
peace too

born of His wisdom
pure and gentle

full of mercy
through and through.

Lord, I desire Your righteousness to be sown in me and bear fruit, by the wisdom that only can come from You.

Ask

 

If we need wisdom
we can ask

for our Father
freely gives it

and there’s no shame
for the fact

only thanks
as we receive it.

Lord, I need Your wisdom each and everyday. Help me remember to simply ask.

Walk in wisdom
continue in prayer

redeeming the time

be seasoned with salt

full of grace and mercy
for living.

O Lord, we pray to be filled

Glory In The Lord

 

In Your presence
there can be no glory
of anything of
the flesh

for its You
who give me wisdom
redemption and
righteousness.

Shining With Brightness

 

Those whose names are written
shall be delivered

shining with brightness
a heavenly glow

purified, made white
refined with understanding

the wisdom of making
His glory known.

Deep And Secret Things

Mighty God

Revealer of deep
and secret things

blessing Your name
forever

as You give wisdom
and understanding.

Steps

 

Look to Me
for all your ways

and I will direct
your steps

for by My power
I have made the earth

and the heavens by My
utterance.

You establish my steps.

“He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, and has stretched out the heavens at His discretion. O LORD, I know the way of man is not in himself; it is not in man who walks to direct his own steps.” Jeremiah 10:12,23 NKJV

To Know Me

 

I will give you wisdom
to know Me

and a heart
to understand

what is evil
what is good

blessings
from My hand.

You establish my understanding of how to do good.

“For My people are foolish, they have not known Me. They are silly children, and they have no understanding . They are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.” Jeremiah 4:22 NKJV
