Open Gates

 

I shall be the temple
of New Jerusalem

and it’s only
source of light

the gates open
day after day

for there will be
no night.

Jesus establishes the final temple.

“But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. It’s gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there). And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. “. Revelation 21:22,23,25,26 NKJV

My Called

 

War will be made
against Me

but I will
overcome

and those with Me
are My called

My faithful
chosen ones.

Jesus establishes my faithfulness.

“These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful. “. Revelation 17:14 NKJV

Worthy

 

Worthy, worthy
is the Lamb
worthy, worthy
is He

slain to
redeem us to God
full of glory
and majesty.

Jesus establishes my existence.

“You are worthy, O Lord,
To receive glory and honor and power;
For You created all things,
And by Your will they exist and were created.” Revelation 4:11 NKJV

“And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain . . .
For You were slain , and have redeemed us to God by your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation . . .” Revelation 5:6,9 NKJV

His Servants

“And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.”  Revelation 22:3 NKJV

“They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.”  Revelation 22:4 NKJV

God makes being a servant such a good thing.

Thank You, Lord, for the joy of serving You now and forever.  And here’s a simple poem . . .

There shall be

love and life

and His servants
shall serve Him

in His Light.

Salvation

“After these things I looked and behold a great multitude which no one could number . . .crying out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”  Revelation 7:9-10 NKJV

God is the Creator and Owner of salvation.

Thank You, Jesus, for the gift of salvation when we come to You and ask.  And here’s a simple poem . . .

Salvation belongs
to You
without You
it could not be

by Your sacrifice
we are saved
to live for You
eternally.

Come and See

“Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder, “Come and see.”  Revelation 6:1 NJKV

Before I came to Jesus, I couldn’t see myself, others or life very well.

Thank You, Jesus, for inviting us to all come and see, with new eyes, hearts and lives.  And here’s a simple poem . . .

Bound and blind
I never knew
life to be
good

until I came
to Jesus
and saw with Him
it could.
