In The Spirit

 

We live and walk
in the Spirit

by which Jesus
set us free

to love and serve
one another

to wait and hope
eagerly.

Abba Father

 

In the fullness of time
God sent forth His Son

that we might become
sons and daughters

redeemed from the law
with His Soirit in our hearts

we cry out to Him
‘Abba, Abba Father’.

Unveiled

 

All praise to God
for He has taken

away the veil
so we can see

and be transformed
by the Spirit

into who He made us
to truly be.

Upon Me

 

The grace of God
is upon me
His Spirit
strong and sure

filling me
with wisdom
gentle, kind
and pure.

A laid down life grows with God.

“And the Child grew and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him.” Luke 2:40 NKJV

Stay

 

Stay
awhile with Me
and good will
come from it

My word
for your day
the power of
My Spirit.

A laid down life is wanted in God’s presence.

“Keep the king’s commandment for the sake of your oath to God. Do not be hasty to go from his presence. Where the word of a king is, there is power.” Ecclesiates 8:2,3,4 NKJV

Not Able To Resist

Resisting can lead to rebellion.

and Spirit of
