My Door

 

You are my
Good Shepherd

no one could love
me more

You know me
and call my name

as I walk through
Your Door.

You establish the Door I walk through.

“To him, the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.” John 10:3,7,9,11 NKJV

On A Dark Day

 

I will seek you out
and deliver you

Pfrom all your dark
places

for I feed My flock
and make them lie down

showering blessings upon
their faces.

You establish Yourself as My Good Shepherd.

” ‘I will search for My sheep and seek them out . . .so will I seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places where they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day. I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down’, says the Lord GOD. ‘I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick. . .I will make them and all the places around them, My hill, a blessing; and I will cause showers to come down in their season; there will be showers of blessing.’ ” Ezekiel 34:11,15,16,26 NKJV

Tender Mercies

 

You are My people
the sheep of My pasture
and your thanks
is always heard

lean into
My tender mercies
as I deliver you from
this world.

A laid down life is in God’s pasture.

“Let Your tender mercies come speedily to meet us, for we have been brought very low. So we, Your people and sheep of Your pasture, will give You thanks forever.” Psalm 79:8,13 NKJV

Sheep

“And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.”  John 10:4 NKJV

“Then Jesus said to them again, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.’ ” John 10:7 NKJV

“If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.”  John 10:9 NKJV

We know His voice and follow HIm.

Thank You, Lord, for laying down Your life for us.  And here’s a simple poem  . . .

to the Father.

I Am The Door

“Most assuredly I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.” John 10:1
“But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.” John 10:2
“Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.” John 10:7

Family, friends and neighbors come to our door, to knock and enter in.

The Shepherd and His Sheep

I am the Good Shepherd
I love My sheep
and tenderly care
for those I keep.

Should anyone climb in
from another way
My sheep won’t listen
to what they say.
