A Light

 

When I fall
by Your grace
I will arise
again

and when darkness comes
You are my light
shining ever
within.

I live and die
to You Lord

for You are
over all

and pray to not
be the cause

of another to stumble
and fall.

Raised

 

I will raise you up
when you’re bowed down
and uphold you
when you fall

covering you with
tender mercies
for I am good
to all.

A laid down life is covered in tender mercies.

“The LORD is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works. The LORD upholds all who fall, and raises up all those who are bowed down.” Psalm 145:9,14 NKJV
