Made Alive

 

We were buried with You
in baptism

raised with You
through faith

once dead in our sins
we’re alive again

together with You
remade.

Made Alive

 

I was far off
but brought near

by the blood
of Christ

saved through faith
Your mercy and grace

once dead now I’m
alive.

Rejoice

 

Rejoice
for I have risen

I’m no longer
in the tomb

crucified
for your sins

now I’m alive
in each of you.

You establish my reason to rejoice.

“And as they went to tell His disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, ‘Rejoice!’ And they came and held Him by the feet and worshiped Him. Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:9,20 NKJV

Eyes and Ears

 

Once your ears
could not hear

now they’re alive
to Me

and your eyes
that were obscure

rejoice in what
they see.

Jesus establishes my hearing and seeing.

“In that day the deaf shall hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity and out of darkness. The humble also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.” Isaiah 29:18,19 NKJV

Affirmed To Be Alive

but had some questions against him about their own religion and about one, Jesus, who had died, whom Paul affirmed to be alive.”  Acts 25:18-19 NKJV

We can affirm He is alive too.

Satan thought
that he could kill You

but we affirm
You are alive

living strong
inside each of us

risen to
Your Father’s side.

Enough

There is another Son who is alive.
