My Commandments

I will teach you
the difference

between what’s from men
and what’s from Me

for traditions
snare and entangle

but My commandments
set you free.

You establish Your commandments to Me.

“And He said to them, ‘All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition.’ ” Mark 7:9 NKJV

It Is I

It is I
don’t be afraid
of how this looks
to you

be of good cheer
for I have come
to redeem and to
rescue.

You establish my rescue.

“Then He saw them straining at rowing, for the wind was against them. And about the fourth watch of the night, He came to them walking on the sea, and would have passed them by. But when they saw Him walking on the sea, they supposed it was a ghost, and cried out; for they all saw Him and were troubled. And immediately He talked with them and said to them, ‘Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.’ ” Mark 6:48,49,50 NKJV

Grab Ahold

I love it when
you reach out

and in faith
grab ahold

believing Me
instead of

the lies
you’ve been told.

You establish my faith to believe.

“And He said to her, ‘Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace and be healed of your affliction.’ While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, ‘Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further.’ As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, ‘Do not be afraid; only believe.’ ” Mark 5:34,35,36 NKJV

Scattered Seed

You may
not know
exactly
how

but trust Me
to grow
what you
sow now.

You establish my sowing.

“And He said, ‘The Kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.’ ” Mark 4:26,27 NKJV

No Matter What

All that I
have planned

you will be able
to do

no matter what
is said

or conspired
against you.

You establish a way for me in the midst of opposition.

“He said to the man, ‘Stretch out your hand.’ And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored as whole as the other. Then the Pharisees went out and immediately plotted with the Herodians against Him, how they might destroy Him.” Mark 3:5,6 NKJV

Teaching And Preaching

I will teach
and preach to you

the wonderful
word of God

in ways you can
believe, receive –

new wineskins of
My love.

You establish Your word to me.

“Immediately many gathered together, so that there was no longer room to receive them, not even near the door. And He preached the word to them. Then He went out again by the sea, and all the multitude came to Him, and He taught them. ‘And no one puts new wine into old wineskins, or else the new wine bursts the wineskins, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But new wine must be put into new wineskins.’ ” Mark 2:2,13,22

Let Us Go

Keep looking
for Me

always desire
to know

what next
I am doing

which direction
you should go.

You establish where I go.

“When they found Him, they said to Him, ‘Everyone is looking for You.’ But He said, ‘Let us go into the next town, that I may preach there also, because for this purpose I have come forth.’ ” Mark 1:37,38 NKJV

The Lifter

I am the lifter
of your head

My kindness
you’ll be shown

as you sit before Me
all your days

and My provision
is made known.

You establish Your kindness to me.

“Now it came to pass in the thirty-seventh year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, on the twenty fifth day of the month, that Evil-Merodach king of Babylon, in the first year of his reign, lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah and brought him out of prison. And he spoke kindly to him and gave him a more prominent seat than those of the kings who were with him in Babylon. So Jehoiachin changed from his prison garments, and he ate bread regularly before the king all the days of his life. And as for his provisions, there was a regular ration given him by the king of Babylon, a portion for each day until the day of his death, all the days of his life.” Jeremiah 52:31,32,33,34 NKJV

Unforgettable

You come to Me
seeking and weeping

at such a time
and on this day

joined to Me
in a perpetual covenant

that’s unforgettable
forever and always.

You establish a perpetual covenant with me.

” ‘In those days and in that time,’ says the LORD, ‘the children of Israel shall come, they and the children of Judah together, ; with continual weeping they shall come, and seek the LORD their God. They shall ask the way to Zion, with their faces toward it, saying, “Come and let us join ourselves together with the LORD in a perpetual covenant that will not be forgotten.” ‘ ” Jeremiah 50:4,5 NKJV

Works and Treasures

I have given you
the work of your hands

all your treasures are
from Me

so you can
magnify My name

and live for My
glory.

You establish Yourself as my treasure.

“For because you have trusted in your works and your treasures, you also shall be taken. Make him drunk, because he exalted himself against the LORD.” Jeremiah 48:6,26. NKJV
