Torn

I was unclean
disheveled

outside the camp
alone

when Jesus
called my name

and made
forgiveness known.

**********

Lord Jesus, I will thank You forever for Your forgiveness and healing touch upon my life.

**********

“As for the leper who has the infection, his clothes shall be torn, and the hair of his head shall be uncovered (disheveled), and he shall cover his mustache and call out, ‘Unclean! Unclean!’ “

“He shall remain [ceremonially] unclean as long as the disease is on him; he is unclean. He shall live alone; he shall live outside the camp.”

Leviticus 13:45-46 AMP

Consecrate Yourself

Keep separating yourself
from everything

but what I’ve appointed
you to

and you will see
My holiness

come alive
in you.

**********

Lord, I desire to consecrate myself and look to You each day.

**********

“For I am the LORD your God, so consecrate yourselves and be holy, for I am holy.”
Leviticus 11:44. AMP

**********

“Consecration is the act of continually separating myself from everything except that which God has appointed me to do. It is not a one time experience but an ongoing process. Am I continually separating myself and looking to God every day of my life?” – Oswald Chambers / My Utmost For His Highest

A Distinction

I make the difference
between what is sacred

and what’s considered
profane

between the unclean
and what is pure

by the power of
My name.

**********

Lord, I desire to know all that is sacred to You.

**********

“Do not drink wine or intoxicating drink, neither you nor your sons with you, when you come into the Tent of Meeting, so that you will not die – it is a permanent statute throughout your generation – “

“and to make a distinction and recognize a difference between the holy (sacred) and the common (profane), and between the [ceremonially] unclean and the clean [Ezekiel 44:23] . . .”

Glory And Brilliance

Blessed are you
when you do

what I ask
you to

for you will see
My glory

and promises
come true .

**********

Lord, I long to see You glorified.

**********

“Moses and Aaron went into the Tent of Meeting, and when they came out they blessed the people, and the glory and brilliance of the LORD [the Shekinah cloud] appeared to all the people [as promised]. Leviticus 9:25 AMP

Washed With Water

As Aaron and
his sons

went to Moses
to be cleaned

so we come
before our Jesus

to be washed
and redeemed.

**********

Lord Jesus, thank You for washing away my sins and making a way for me to be clean.

**********

“Moses said to the congregation, ‘This is what the LORD commanded us to do.’ “

“Then Moses brought Aaron and his sons and washed them with water.”

This Is The Law

Offering
after offering

again
and again

until You died
once for all

covering
every sin.

**********

Lord, thank You for being our offering, once and for all.

**********

“Command Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the law of the burnt offering . . .’ “

“Now this is the law of the grain offering . . .”

“Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the law of the sin offering . . .’ “

Guilty

Greatly
Under
Intense
Longing
To be forgiven.

**********

Thank You, Lord, for freeing me from my guilt and shame, for taking it upon Yourself – glory forever to Your name.

**********

“So it shall be when a person is guilty in one of these, that he shall confess the sin he has committed.”

“He shall bring his guilt offering to the LORD for the sin which he has committed . . .”

Atonement

My High Priest
has made atonement

on the altar
of the cross

His blood shed
for my sins

forgiven
at His cost.

**********

Lord, thank You for being the atonement for my sin and forgiving me.

**********

“So the priest shall make atonement for [the sin of] the people, and they will be forgiven.” Leviticus 4:20 AMP

Outside The Camp

Take me outside
my situations

to where You died
for me

so I can be sanctified
and set apart

made holy
unto Thee.

**********

Lord Jesus, I desire to be set apart for You.

**********

“. . . that is, all the rest of the bull, he is to bring outside the camp to a clean place where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on a fire of wood. Where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned. [Hebrews 13:11-13]. ” Leviticus 4:12 AMP

“Therefore Jesus also suffered and died outside the [city] gate so that He might sanctify and set apart for God as holy the people [who believe] through [the shedding of] His own blood.”

A Most Holy Offering

Most holy
doesn’t mean

the biggest and
the best

but the time
and loving care

the divine
process.

**********

Lord, I want to offer You my time, my hands, my heart.

**********

“And what is left of the grain offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’. It is a most holy offering of the offerings to the LORD made by fire.” Leviticus 2:10 NKJV
