Looking For A Dwelling Place?

“Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle?
Who may dwell in Your holy hill?”  Psalm 15:1

David goes on to list the attributes of those who may.

Lord, without Your forgiveness, mercy and grace, I would still be standing outside.  And here is a simple poem . . .

In Forgiveness

Who may abide in
Your tabernacle

who may dwell in
Your holy hill

but the ones who
have confessed

and trusted in
Your forgiveness.

  1. Excellent, Sis Deb–that’s the one thing I DO trust in, completely and totally, no problem. Thank you Lord!! God bless you as you show up for Terrific, Trusting Him Tuesday–love you bunches, sis Caddo

  2. Touched my heart, deb. Really his forgiveness absolves us from sin. Thank God for that.

King David always fascinates me as a character. When he was a Shepherd he wrote “the lord is my shepherd”, when he become a king, he wrote “God is the king of all the earth”, such humbleness.

    God bless

  3. It’s so simple isn’t it, yet so often I allow guilt creep in and not trust in His complete forgiveness, May we all choose to rest in Him and His covering. Thanks again Deb!

And why is this? Because we are ‘good’? No way! Because our beloved Saviour opened the way. The veil of the temple was rent in two. Only HE could do that! Only HE could take our sin and give us His own righteousness! Only HE! Only Jesus!

    What an amazing God!

  34. God bless you as you testify that it is only because of Jesus and what He’s done that we can come into His presence today! love and prayers!
