I Will Give . . .You

“And Caleb said, ‘He who attacks Kirjath Sepher and takes it, to him I will give Achsah my daughter as wife’.” Joshua 15:16

Sons and daughters are a great treasure and reward.

Father, we thank You that it is as much loved and blessed children that we are sent forth. And here’s a simple poem . . .

Heart Strings Attached

You are precious
you are loved

you’re a treasure
His delight

and though
you must go forth

you are never
out of His sight.

  11. Debbie, this is something I’ve been telling my daughter, who’s been having a hard time in L.A., where she is determined to make it in the art world. You may not always recognize God’s hand, but be assured that you are in His palm. Amazing, looking back, and how God’s fingerprints were all over my life, even when I was not acknowledging my Creator… Bless you. Amy

  12. Praying with you for your sweet one in L.A. It’s so hard when things aren’t going as we thought they would . . .the way that makes sense to us. We have the advantage of more years to look back on and see God’s fingerprints than our children do! I, too, am so thankful for all the ways He kept us both alive and drew us to Himself. . .and brought us together for this time and place.
    love and prayers!

  13. Thank you so much Deb for making me feel loved. I see good and God in you πŸ™‚
