Methods of Mobility

“The poles shall be put in the rings and the poles shall be in the sides of the altar to bear it.”  Exodus 27:7

Everything God told Moses to make for the tabernacle contained a way for it to be lifted and carried.  The people were still in the process of leaving Egypt behind and getting to their promised land.  But that didn’t mean God wasn’t with them as they traveled.

Thank You, Jesus, for being wonderfully mobile and taking us with You wherever You go.  And here’s a simple poem . . .

Arrival Time?

Though we’ve not arrived yet
doesn’t mean that we’re lacking
just means we’ve got to keep
pressing on with Him

picking up the tools He gives
to use and carry with us
willing to keep moving
closer and closer with Him.

  1. Thank you so much for reminding me that if we have Jesus we have access to everything that is good.
