No Condemnation

 

Though we make
a mess of things

and must work through
what we’ve done

You still do not
condemn those

in Jesus Christ
Your Son.

There is no condemnation for You are with me.

For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed [happy, fortunate, to be envied] are all those who [earnestly] wait for Him, who expect and look and long for Him [for His victory His favor, His love, His peace, His joy, and His matchless unbroken companionship]! ” Isaiah 30:18 AMP

“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:14-17 NKJV

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:1-2. NKJV

Favor And Good Will

 

Thank You Lord
for the favor
You’ve given me
all my life

so I can
live for You
doing what’s right
in Your sight.

You establish favor for me.

“But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s delicacies, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the chief of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself. Now God had brought Daniel into the favor and good will of the chief of the eunuchs.” Daniel 1:8,9 NKJV

Glorifying God

 

We can
follow Him
even
unto death

knowing we
glorify Him
with each
loving kindness.

You establish ways for me to glorify You.

Peace Be With You

 

You stand in
the midst

of what I
am about

saying “peace
be with you”

erasing
fear and doubt.

You establish peace within me.

“Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, ‘Peace be with you. ‘ ” John 20:19 NKJV

A Title

 

They placed a sign
above Your head

JESUS OF NAZARETH
KING OF THE JEWS

how blessed I am
to know You as

my Lord and Savior
Bringer of Good News.

You establish who You are.

“Now Pilate wrote a title and put it on the cross. And the writing was:
JESUS OF NAZARETH
KING OF THE JEWS.” John 19:19 NKJV

Rightly

 

For this reason
it is You came

to bear witness
of the truth

as rightly so
they called You King

and all who hear
follow You.

You establish a witness to the truth.

“Jesus answered, ‘You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I came into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.’ ” John 18:37 NKJV

Sanctify Them

 

Your word
is truth

and the truth
sanctifies me

as I live
in this world

and yet
glorify Thee.

You establish sanctification by the truth of Your word.

“Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.” John 17:17,18 NKJV

Be Of Good Cheer

 

So thankful I
can come to You
and always have
Your peace

for the tribulations
of this world
seek to take it
from me

but You tell me
“be of good cheer”
for You have
overcome

and all that is
will one day bow
so undone by
the Son.

You establish where I find peace.

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer. I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 NKJV

When The Helper Comes

 

You have sent to us
the Helper

which is the Spirit
of truth

and comes from
the Father

testifying to us
of You.

You establish the Holy Spirit for us.

“But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.’ John 15:26 NKJV

Where I Am

 

Let not your heart
be troubled

as you
believe in Me

for I’ve prepared
a place for you

and receive you
lovingly.

You establish a way for me to be where You are.

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” John 14:1,2,3 NKJV.
